Refund Policy – Custom Business Cards

Because each NFC card is custom engraved and made specifically for your order, all sales are final once production begins.

Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders (Final Sale)

All custom engraved NFC cards are considered final sale.

Once your design, logo, or information has been submitted and engraving has started, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom names or branding

Logos

Unique URLs or landing page setups

Personalized engraving requests

Order Changes or Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, provided engraving has not yet started.

After this window, your order is locked for production.

Exceptions — We’ll Make It Right

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your order arrives with:

A manufacturing defect

Incorrect engraving caused by our team

Damage during shipping

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will remake and reship your card at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Errors submitted by the customer (misspellings, wrong logos, incorrect information)

Design preferences or changes of mind after production

Normal wear and tear

Improper use or handling
